The Fitness Boot Camps are designed so that each individual can push themselves as hard they feel they need too, with the support and camaraderie of a team environment. You will make friends and help push each other through what will be a challenging and rewarding fitness schedule. Our trainers will work you hard with the sole aim being to teach, guide, educate and support you towards your fitness goals.
Every Lunchtime meal will be an opportunity for a discussion about nutrition where our experienced trainers will help you understand the “Whens, Whats & Whys?” of your daily food regime to help you continue your progress after your visit.
